“Darkness is the natural state of the world, and light carves intention through it. Neither dark nor light carry any inherent moral weight in art- it's the intention sculpted from them that gives them the gravity of a push-and-pull relationship. My work intends to provide interplay between this relationship and the similar relationship between the physical, the mental, and the spiritual.”
